Confectionery Šuma is a small craft production of cakes, pastries and juices. We choose locally grown foods for our products whenever possible, because home-grown ingredients make a significant difference in the quality and taste of the products. When we come up with recipes, we bring as much wild fruit, spices and herbs that grow freely in nature into the cakes, such as wild lemon balm, elderberry, acorn or forest fruits such as wild raspberries, blackberries, cherries or blueberries. We combine these ingredients with quality Callebaut chocolate, reduce and substitute sugar and follow the principle of moderation in everything.
